How I Turned a Construction Project into a Standout Story—and Powerful Marketing Asset
March had a big success story on their hands—but without the right spotlight, it could have gone unnoticed.
They needed a standout marketing asset that would grab attention, showcase their expertise, and attract future clients.
I took the lead in crafting a compelling, strategic case study that turned the Vinty project—a $63 million luxury apartment complex developed by MAS—into a high-impact business tool.
Through smart storytelling and a multi-channel marketing campaign, I highlighted how March powered through a pandemic, hurricane damage, and massive challenges to deliver results.
Now they have a story that keeps readers engaged, builds trust, and brings in new opportunities.
How This Case Study Helped March
✅ A Sales & Networking Tool – Armed with a professionally written, designed, and data-backed case study, March’s business development team can confidently showcase their expertise to developers, municipalities, and industry partners.
✅ A Reputation-Boosting Story – By highlighting real-world problem-solving, resilience, and success, this case study strengthens March’s position as a trusted, solutions-driven construction partner.
✅ A Reusable Marketing Asset – This case study can now be used across LinkedIn posts, ads, websites, email campaigns, and sales presentations to bring in new business.
My Approach
In-Depth Interviews:
I spoke with March’s team for background, then interviewed the developer, his partner Don, and the township’s planning board director. I transcribed and pulled the best quotes to showcase March’s contributions.
Crafting the Story:
Using a structured case study format, I created a data-backed, engaging story that balanced technical details with compelling messaging. I worked with March and MAS to ensure the final case study was accurate, aligned, and ready for launch.
Professional Design & Photography:
I designed a polished, branded layout in Canva and captured high-quality project photos with my Canon Mirrorless DSLR.
The Promotion Strategy
Once the case study was complete, I launched a multi-channel campaign to maximize its reach:
🔹 Mobile-Friendly Web Page – Designed to match the case study’s layout for seamless viewing and printing.
🔹 LinkedIn Promotional Post – Highlighted key takeaways and linked to the full case study.
🔹 LinkedIn Carousel Ad – Visually engaging slides that walked users through the project’s story.
🔹 Bisnow Sponsorship – Featured in a sponsored post, custom-designed graphics, and a promotional e-blast.
