Awaken Infrared Sauna & Spa found themselves in a precarious situation when their web developer abruptly went silent.

Despite repeated outreach, the spa was left without answers, communication, or control over one of their most critical business assets.

Without warning, the developer pulled the website offline entirely, leaving the spa dark, invisible, and unable to direct customers anywhere.

The solution had to be visually striking enough to reflect the calming, premium experience they offer, while being practical, giving customers everything they needed to learn about services and book with ease.

The Solution
Stepping in during the crisis, I rebuilt their website from the ground up on Squarespace, the platform of their choice.

The priority was a clean, visually compelling design that felt on-brand for a wellness and spa experience, with intuitive navigation and a frictionless booking flow.

Just as importantly, the platform was handed back to the owner with full autonomy. She can update and manage it herself without relying on a developer.

This is a brochure-style site focused on visual impact and customer conversion. Light on-page SEO fundamentals are in place; but a dedicated strategic SEO campaign has not yet been developed and represents a natural next phase for the project.
